Information we collect
When you contact us or request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number with its country calling code, service requirements, and information you choose to include about your research.
We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as browser type, device information, and pages viewed. Where available, our hosting or CDN service supplies an approximate country code based on the visitor's IP address so we can preselect a phone calling code. You can change the selection; if no country information is available, the form defaults to +44. The IP address is not included in your enquiry.
